In memory of BEVERLY J.RACKETT
Beverley J. Rackett dedicated herself to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by founding M.O.B.I.L.E. (Mid-Ohio Board for an Independent Living Environment) and serving as its Executive Director for over 30 years. Her passion for the independent living philosophy was reflected in the main principles of M.O.B.I.L.E., which affirm the rights of persons with disabilities to live their lives with a full measure of liberty and human dignity.
